What 1:1 Coaching Includes

Individualized Sessions

You’ll begin with a comprehensive 1:1 intake session, followed by ongoing coaching sessions spaced to support integration rather than overwhelm.

Sessions are used to:

- review patterns and progress

- interpret information in context

- decide what signals to adjust next

- ensure strategies match your current capacity

Functional Lab Testing (used for insight, not diagnosis)

When appropriate, functional lab testing may be incorporated to provide additional insight into how your body is responding.

Testing may include:

A comprehensive thyroid panel

Additional key markers when relevant

Lab information is used educationally — to help you understand patterns and options — not to diagnose or prescribe.

Guided Implementation (you’re not left to figure it out)

Based on what’s revealed, guidance is provided to help adjust signals across:

sleep and light

stress load

internal pressure and expectations
